She is well- known for her seascapes, which involve a detailed exploration of the natural world. Living and painting within walking distance of the shoreline, she is intimately familiar with the organic partnership between sea and shore. Geraldine mostly draws and paints her seascapes outdoors – making for a powerful connection between her work and the natural environment.    Her seascapes capture the great Atlantic, and the moments it meets our island nation. Her work occasionally leans towards abstraction with her bold use of colour but geology wins through.
